Proof of Eligibility for the Lincoln Military Discount Program
To ensure that our exclusive rewards are awarded rightfully, proof of military service is required. The verification process is straightforward, so you can quickly move on to choosing your new Lincoln vehicle. Accepted forms of verification include:
- Active Duty Service Members: Leave & Earnings Statement (LES), Active duty Enlisted Record Brief (ERB)/Officer Record Brief (ORB), Enlistment Contract
- Veterans: DD214 (Discharge Details Form 214), NGB form 22 (National Guard Bureau similar to a DD214), Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC), or Veteran Identification Card (VIC), Driver's License or DMV-Issued State ID with VETERAN endorsement
- Retirees: Retiree Account Statement (eRAS), DD214 or NGB form 22 (must show 20 years of service or the reason for discharge was retirement)
