Lincoln’s commitment to an outstanding luxury vehicle financing and ownership experience continues to pay off. For the eighth year in a row, Lincoln Automotive Financial Services (AFS) has won a No. 1 ranking among luxury brands in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Consumer Financing Satisfaction Study.

Lincoln won in the overall customer satisfaction category and also topped the rankings for its billing and payment process.

The luxury brand has put a great deal of work into making it easier for customers to finance a vehicle.
